There was seven riders who risked the rain to ride tonight. There was
little wind and the conditions were better than appeared.
Fastest on the night was Huw Griffiths with 23:05. Ben Oakes was second fastest with 24:32 with Martin Cairns only two seconds behind with 24:34.
Above all tonight was a great night for RCC. Ian Lomas rode his first TT since his serious accident in Spain in March. Not only that but he was well inside evens with 28:55. Ian is organising the Club open TT on Sunday on H25/1 and still needs some helpers. If you are able to help please do. He has made a great recovery and tonight was a landmark.
