Medium Clubrun to Nuneham Courtenay - 11 July 2010 - with VIDEO !

There were two groups at 9am this morning, with me leading the normal Medium group and Fred Hale leading a "brisk" ride that also picked up what was going to be a separate Fast run, so I expect that turned out to be quite brisk indeed.

We set off with about 20 riders, and headed off via Emmer Green, Sonning Common, Stoke Row, Ipsden, Benson, Warborough, Newington, Stadhampton, the Baldons and a tea stop at the Nuneham Courtenay GC.  The group stuck together pretty well, waiting for those who were slower on the hills. After the stop, a few wanted a flatter and quicker route home, and went back via Pangbourne. The rest of us headed back through Stadhampton, enjoying a couple of miles of lovely smooth tarmac near Cuxham, then up Watlington Hill and back down Route 1 from Christmas Common, 

My stats for the morning were 100km in 3:45 of riding.
