Club 10 mile Championship H10/1, June 1st

Last night saw the first club championship of the season for RCC. It was a grey evening on the A4 and this probably accounted for the small turnout. It was however a fast night with low winds. First was Nick English with an impressive 20:12, second was Stephen Bale with 22:35 and third was Simon Notley with 23:22.

Amongst the Veteran riders Barry Quick was the fastest off standard with a plus of 6:26, David Gaida and Greg Woodford tied for second with a plus of 3:36.

There is no Tuesday night TT next week, but we do have a Thursday night event with the first leg of the Inter-club with North Hampshire Road Club (NHRC). This is ran by NHRC and is on the Heckfield circuit. First rider off at 7:30 for two circuits covering 21 miles.
